Senior 2G Optimization Engineer


Qualifications:

a) Have at least 5 years of RF working experience with 3 years of GSM/UMTS experience;
b) Have at least 3 years of traffic statistics analysis experience of GSM/UMTS network;
c) Be familiar with Huawei RF parameter meaning and setting
d) Be excellent in communication in English;
e) Ready to be assigned in Kalimantan/Sulawesi
e) Pass interview held by User.

Senior 3G Optimization Engineer
Qualifications:
- Minimum D3/S1 degree in Telecommunication Engineering
- Good attitude and communication skill in Bahasa Indonesia and English.- Able to analyze database and parameter change. Has experience in single sites verifications (RRC SR, CSSR, CCR, ISHO, SHO)
- Has deep knowledge in RF Optimizations due to RxLev and Ec/Io performance and 3G DT log files analyze (TEMS, Nemo, actix, etc..)
- Familiar with Huawei equipment and OMC tools such as M2000, LMT
- Capable OSS processing and analyze tools such as NASTAR 3G
- Capable in site generator such as MCOM, GCELL, 3GPlan checker,MIPT3G
- Has knowledge in Visual Basic or Macro program is an advantage
- Experienced and fully success in KPI acceptance report to customer
- Ready to be assigned all area (Jakarta, Kalimantan, Sulawesi)
